Was told I received a$9,000 US grant because I paid my taxes on time and I haven't been arrested. I can collect using my credit card or going to Walmart or another place similar. I didn't think the U.S. needed my credit card to pay me.

Ctope I let the am him pick it up and it was a recording and it was in progress , it stated pressm2 if you do not want to receive calls so I picked up and pressed 2'and ***g up. I am on a no call list for soliciting!
