Can not call number back. Hard to locate origin because it’s a subsidiary phone company. It is in the prison system and possibly a cell phone.

The phone number said from Washington DC and Federal prison do they have random numbers cause she’s in Victorville California

they wanted me to send money. I do not have a relative in federal prison

My phone never rings but there is always a message. Nothing except “**** up the call“. When trying to call back I am told that my call will be forwarded to this number. This is happened three times.
