Asked to remove my number from calling list and said they can't do that.

There was a call made supposedly by this number, the person on the other end of the line had stated the if a buddy of mine was to give $130.00 to a specific charity, that he would recieve $7,000.00 from the I.R.S.... This doesn't make sense... It was also stated that the I.R.S. chose one person per year to do this and get the benifit of the $7,000.00...
