Somewhat artificial sounding female voice...demanding immediate callback. Does not say who they are trying to reach, etc. Clearly a phishing operation. Don't bother calling back.

I received a call from this number early Sa****ay morning. The person who sounded like he was from India stated that he was with the IRS Enforcement division and that they were sending a sheriff to arrest me unless I paid them over $14,000. Scammer!

Claims to be calling from the Internal Revenue Service, and demands an immediate call back. Totally Bogus. Does not identify whom they want to call back.
