Sue Caller with thick Indian accent has been calling us claiming he is with the IRS. I asked him how come the IRS is open on Sa****ay! He left this number for my husband to call him back. The idiots could at least find an American sounding person. We reported this to AT&T. They said they knew about it an IRS is aware f it.

They will scare you and ask to pay cash on green dot card. They will drain all your money from your bank account and transfer the money in foreign countries within few minutes. IRS will never call. ***ody calls. They will send you a notice. If money matter comes never deal. Go personally IRS OFFICE OR CALL AND CONFIRM. This thing is happened to all Indian people. These scamers are from India.

They will not stop calling me and use a lot of words I will not say on here. I called back like 5 times and he s****ed letting it go to voice mail and I said I almost got his line trace and he turned the phone off.

Nancy Don't call back. Of course it's a SCAM! So the people with the foreign accents with American names who were calling a few months ago have now resorted to a female computerized "robot" caller. However, the connection is so bad that I still can't understand what they're saying-- basically IRS… blah, blah, Don't disregard, blah, blah, Good bye and take care. Silly scammers. IGNORE!!!!

Ken They left a message on house phone. Said they were from IRS and not to in ignore the call. I checked the number on google and found this site. The 202-506-9680 number was reportedly from a cell phone in Washington DC. Do not believe that the IRS would be calling me from a cell phone. I am going to ignore the call. Thank all of you for your comments.

P Park Got a message today saying the caller was Officer Hannah Gray of the IRS. I was to call back if I didn't want any legal allegation brought a***nst me. Her call also said the matter was time sensitive. I did not call back.

E. Ginorio This number is a spam cellular phone number. They tried to get from me $6,000. via electronic transfer. Be aware. IRS never call you or ask for money by phone. IRS contact you only by mail. Good luck!

Kristie Said they were from IRS and needed to speak with Fuja Bedra (spelling??). Got two messages exactly the same and the person, with a thick accent, said his name was Joseph Daniel. Said to call back or have attorney call back. Stated that there was a discrepancy in income reported.

Saw so****ing about this SCAM on the news! Don't return the call....call FBI instead

Angela 2025068939 called just after midday claiming to be the IRS. He male caller asked for me by name and said they were initiating a case for tax evasion and tax deficiency. They wanted the name of my "criminal" lawyer. I asked his name and he said it was Aron Thompson. He also confirmed his phone number. I said how could I be taken to court without a prior tax audit. He said the IRS had sent me two notices last December and I had not responded. When I questioned the address he had my actual address. He then told me that within 45 minutes federal officers would be at my home to cease all personal property. When I asked him which tax account it was in relation to at which point the line was cut. I phoned back and he (or someone) answered IRS. I phoned back 30 minutes later and a***n he answered IRS. I said that was not correct and that I was IRS and that in 30 minutes the federal agents would be at his location to arrest him for impersonating a federal officer and attempted fraud. He just s****ed repeating all this back to me as if he was completely out of his mind. Then he s****ed with ****ographic comments. I told him he sounded insane and then I thanked him for staying on the line long enough for the police to trace the call. I then suggested he pack all his belonging and leave as fast as possible.

PissedGuy 2025061967 calls 3-12+ a week. They often do not answer when I answer and never leave a message on voicemail other than a blank one. One time I answered and was told by a woman with ****e poor broken 'english' that she was from the government and that I was eligible for thousands of dollars- obvious BS scam. These ******s need to be stopped. I call back and number is out of service or voicemail is full. Once I got the voicemail and politely gave them a piece of my mind.
