Got a call today from a number *91621. Indian accented male said I was picked along with 1500 other people in my area to receive a $7000 grant from the US Government.  He said he was calling from Washington, D.C.  He said I was in the 1500 group of people because I paid my taxes on time, no criminal history and had no outstanding loans.  All I had to do was to verify some information like my name and address and he would give me a confirmation number and to call his manager:  Amy Gomez at ph#202-629-9156 and give her the confirmation# and she would send me $7000.  The Indian guy said my name and old address. I interrupted him and said information was incorrect and immediately ***g up and dialed the number for Amy Gomez.  No one answered just rang.  Never got a call back. I just tried the number a***n and it did not ring.  There was a long series of deep tones and ***g up.

He says he is an attorney and leaves a threatening message. Calls several times a week on cell phone and business. This is a scam. Person barely speaks English and I can hardly understand what he says. When I tell him he has wrong number, he asks for my information.
