I am on the Federal Do Not Call List for years. Received a Robo Call from this number which shows ART INT SRV, at 7:57PM, 9/14/2011. It was disguised as a survey about gasoline prices. I took their survey to see what they were really promoting. My answers were angry, not civil, but very much to the point. It was a call from a Washington Lobbying Firm promoting the proposed TransCa***a XL Pipeline to move Ca***ian Tar Sands across the Ogallala Aquifer in Ne***ska, which provides most of this State's drinking/crop water supply. If TransCa***a builds the pipeline where they want, instead of paralleling their existing pipeline right-of-way, given their ****py safety record, they could ruin the drinking/crop water in not only Ne***ska, but possibly in Kansas and Oklahoma as well. I wouldn't have a problem if their built it in an 'existing safe right-of-way' paralleling their existing pipeline - but their pure raw greed and total disregard for Ne***ska citizens are the reasons for the more 'dangerous routing'. I am filing a formal complaint with the FCC for their violation of the Federal Do Not Call/List/Law. Will be taking that complaint public in the media and be getting all over out U.S. Senators/Representatives and Govenor. This illegal/enethical **** by TransCa***a needs to be stopped.

I received a call from this number today at 10:44am. They left a recorded message that they were calling abt a survey. I have been on the Do Not Call registry for years, though that does not seem to matter.
