what's up contact as a business contact for Federalgovgrants.org a high****ential for a SCAMMER, they claim to process a federal grant money that you do not have to pay pack endorsed on FB pages of Marty, Rick Lagina of the show the Surge of Oak Island directing you to a website and instructing you to follow up with a What'up Phone No to follow up on the application. The same FB there are posts of recipients of such grants. The process is and then once they ask you for your information, they s**** asking for fees to be sent via Bitcoin or via PayPal as family and friends and not as SERVICES to different individuals, so that they can process the application faster. Then they keep asking for more fees as they go along in the ***DRED of $$$ for more clearance of what they call a certificate including a percentage of the grant amount they claim to collect for the IRS A 2% FEE of the grant and then a huge delivery fee of the check $1,450 then once they collect by that point Thousands of $$$ they stop communicating and no delivery!! Or they will come back with another fee they claiming they have overlooked or the driver bailed out etc etc. Mind you they only communicate via Whats up NO DIRECT CALLS to anyone in their so called 3-4 departments the grants process goes through. A DEVASTATING SCAM!!

Nebraska I am on the Federal Do Not Call List for years. Received a Robo Call from this number which shows ART INT SRV, at 7:57PM, 9/14/2011. It was disguised as a survey about gasoline prices. I took their survey to see what they were really promoting. My answers were angry, not civil, but very much to the point. It was a call from a Washington Lobbying Firm promoting the proposed TransCa***a XL Pipeline to move Ca***ian Tar Sands across the Ogallala Aquifer in Ne***ska, which provides most of this State's drinking/crop water supply. If TransCa***a builds the pipeline where they want, instead of paralleling their existing pipeline right-of-way, given their ****py safety record, they could ruin the drinking/crop water in not only Ne***ska, but possibly in Kansas and Oklahoma as well. I wouldn't have a problem if their built it in an 'existing safe right-of-way' paralleling their existing pipeline - but their pure raw greed and total disregard for Ne***ska citizens are the reasons for the more 'dangerous routing'. I am filing a formal complaint with the FCC for their violation of the Federal Do Not Call/List/Law. Will be taking that complaint public in the media and be getting all over out U.S. Senators/Representatives and Govenor. This illegal/enethical **** by TransCa***a needs to be stopped.

Hi Guys,Hey, your worries are over!  If these numb nuts have been harassing you, you are going to love this. This dirtbag called me for the 1st time a few months ago. He could barely*****ounce my name, said he was "Officer Mike Johnson" with the Washington DC Federal office. When the dip*** told me  my social security number had been blacklisted with the US government, I knew he was full of garbage. Then he called back yes****ay-his timing really made me mad, was dealing with a pain level of about 8, trying to get some sleep/rest before getting to work, and the calls woke me up both times. I never answer numbers I do not recognize if they don't show a name, so he had to leave messages, and these were even more ****** than the first time he called-he told me I was facing impending arrest if I did not agree to pay them what I owed. ( no specific amount was mentioned) The second time they woke me I sort of lost my temper and called them back to tell them off, I left them this message :Hey, *******, what you are doing is so illegal it is not funny. I am so glad I grew up in a family of lawyers, because I know my rights, YOU'RE GOIN' DOWN!!!" and ***g up.After calming down a bit I did some research on FTC's website, and found out that it may have been better to try to get more info from the perpetrators, (while I was doing this research, "Officer Johnson" called me 5 times, left his threat a***n during 1 of these calls!). I got off my computer and called them back, and rather than get a greeting from some bogus company, a young man with a much slighter accent answered with a simple "Hello?"  I used my sweetest tone of voice to ask very nicely for Officer Mike Johnson, and the guy replied "He's dead" !!!!! I was surprised at first, and pushed a bit further, saying How can that be, he just called me 5 minutes ago? to which he replied, yes he just died 5 minutes ago. Can you believe the ******!! I told him sarcastically that I was very sorry for his loss, and that I would not be calling any more. ARGGH!! John Smith They say they are an "Officer" calling from "The Washington Field Office,  Department of Justice of the United States".  All bogus!  I made them tell me if if was a government agency or not.  They said "no"... "it is a legal law firm".  Their client was PayDay Loans.  They're trying to sound like a government agency.  On this website (at bottom of this page) it looks like they are really calling from Cairo, Egypt.

Bill Johnston I keep getting phone calls from this #, and it appears to be a Sarah Palin survey. It feels like she's trying to find about a run for 2012. I'm mad as*****, and when I call the # back it says mailbox full, with out identifing whom is calling.
