Constant calls and ****ups

I received a call from this number and I was told that I would receive an $8400.00 government grant.

has called me all day ****s up when I answer when I called number back says all circuits are busy

i thought it was a call from http://splendosha.com about a product i ordered, but come to find out there isn't any relation. wow.

Don't answer it he says you got a government grant for 8400 he has your name and city but not a right address he says he's part of the treasury but he wants a bank account number and they can't send checks apparently. After listening to all this **** I say f it and f you and I **** up. He called back and he said he f my ****y, so what kind of government employee would do that? He said his name was oscar

I haven't answered but they keep calling me repeatedly
