Cassandra Daniel Cruz claims to be calling from the IRS TO SETTLE Caller claims to be calling on behalf of the IRS to advise of an IRS AUDIT AND a tax bill. When I asked why I had not received anything in writing from the IRS, I didn't get a good answer. This is a scam to frighten people into paying their hard earned money to strangers!!!!
