Also collection agencies have a new trick they place collection accounts to your credit files without your knowledge then they send you a collection letter afterwards. The federal trade commission needs to be aware of there sneak & dishonest,illegal ways. They are suppose to send you a collection letter give u a chance to dispute It. If IC Systems has called you from 202-870-5875 and is violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), you may be able to recover money under one or both statutes." an “intentional” call is worth $1000. if they call your number several times a day- it’s intentional. So tired of them calling my cell.

All o a sudden I'm getting calls from this number but I have no idea what it could be for, they never leave a message but call all hours of the day

Called me this morning there in a sightseeing office spam beware !!

Nuisance call that would cost money on my plan just to answer

These people call 5+ times a day, won't leave a message, so I''ve blocked them.  If it's for AT&T, then they have an even bigger problem as we've never had their service and after all of this, NEVER WILL!  Quit calling here, we don't owe anything to anyone except a bank loan, and that's taken directly out of our checking account.  So if anything's wrong, it's the bank's fault.

I got calls from this number too, on my cell. The do not call list is not helping.

These people call everyday, but when you try to call them the phone is disconnected.

These people call my office more than 3 to 4 times a day.  They do not identify them self's will not leave a message with my staff.  But was told by AT & T since they mentioned it if they are collecting for them they are misrepresenting them. I asked AT & T if they had any past dues and they told me NO! I'm not sure what they are up to!

They called my cell phone six times this morning, I answered and they didnt say anything. Then they called a***n 2 more times. Anyone know who this is?

I have received one of these calls.  I wish that I could have them stopped.  Once I received one and if it was actually a company they would have had my information correct.

These people call my house everyday asking for my son I told them he is out of town could I take a message and they **** up on me.

They are calling my house too. I answered one time and the lady on the other end was very pushy and demanding to speak with me. I told her I wasn't home and ***g up on her.

Not sure why a collector would be calling me since all my bills automatically come out of my account.  Does anyone know who these people represent?

I believe it's IC Systems, a collection agency. I get anywhere from 5-10 calls per day from this phone number.

I honestly do not know anyone in the DC area, they called my home phone number 5x yes****ay, so far today they have called 3x within a half an hour from each call. It comes up under a Cellular Phone number.
