John Jipelan My brother Nicholos Jackson phone number 713-328-9491 was scammed by this number and the person pretended to be the Federal Reserve, they told him he had money left from a fund from when he was a bull rider with PBR. The person said his name was John Jipelan. I spoke with him on behalf of my disabled brother today 5/3/3024.

"Diana Vega", a woman with a Hispanic accent, called from 202-936-6549. She named me and a person I've actually sent money to overseas, and she said she was from the Washington DC Fraud Detection unit of the US gov't, but didn't say FBI, CIA, NSA or anything else.

This number called leaving a very concerning message. Stating that I had a crimson charge a***nst me and never mentioned my name or the charge. Actually a threat of arrest. Please warn others of this scam. Thank You.
