I GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AND THEN THEY **** UP.  TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER BACK AND ALL I GET IS NOT IN SERVICE.  INTELLIUS SAYS ITS BASED OUT OF WASHINGTON, DC.

These people cal every day, I have answered the phone, but there is ***ody there. They just called a***n 6 times in a row!! Like everyone else, I call back and it says the number is not in service. I don't know what it is but the "not in service" message is incorrect, it should be "the number you have dialled is not in service, if you feel you have reached this recording in error please **** up and try your call a***n" tne tones aren't even right!! WTH??

who the***** is calling me in texas from the british columbia in the north east united states.  i'm disabled here in a wheel chair and i sleep most of the day here and there not leaving any messages. i want this calling stopped.

I would encourage all of you to file a complaint on your respective State Attny General's website. It is very easy to do.Phone fraud is no laughing matter. I have an impending investigation in the works now. A few years ago I was scammed by a Magazine company by the name of Heartland. They were fined several thousand dollars.The most recent scam is a company calling themselves Readers Services Collection Agency. They stated I owed them money for past due subscriptions, but would provide me with no further information. The person on the phone became very threatening so I submitted an online complaint which is now  being investigated.DO NOT GIVE ANYONE ANY PERSONAL OR ACCOUNT INFOMATION OVER THE PHONE. Simply tell them that all future correspondence must be done in writing.  Eventhough this was a **** up call, it is very annoying and disconcerting.

Just received a call said*****o twice then a lady said 'mark' i said pardon and they said is that mark i then said you have the wrong number and they said ok im sorry ill make a note of itand that was it then they ***g up

They call every day and then **** up when I answer - if you redial it's a non-working number.

Try calling 1800-514-0049 'NCS' and ask them for your acct #.... this way you can make sure who is calling you is legit

Me too! ***ody there, can't do callback, have reported to Do Not Call list. Calls come just about everyday, more than once a day. It is past the point of annoying!

Received their call at 9:20 a.m. CST today, July 14.  Did not leave a message on the answering ma****e.  They **** up when the answering ma****e picks up the call.

We have been recieving calls from this number atleast once a week for the last couple months. The caller ID on my phone lists them as "Dist of Columbi." I normally don't answer the phone when I don't recognize the number, but my husband has answered it a couple times and no one has been on the other end. This last time they called I answered it and muted it. After about 30 seconds someone finally said "hello" on the other end and then I heard them **** up. I think they use a computer to dial and that is why it takes so long for someone to be on the other end.  I wish they would just stop calling because I am not interested in whatever they want!

Have received these calls before, but lately no one acknowledges my answering the phone......after three*****os........I **** up!  Have no time to waste on these idiots, and I'm on the "do not call" registry, as well.  What good does it do to be on this registry if the calls still come thru!  It says "District of Collumbian" and the number on my caller I.D.

I get a call from this number all the time. I've answered it a few times to get them to leave me alone, but they keep calling, never leave a message when I don't answer. They call 5-10x a week.I put them on the block list on my phone.

Just got a call from this number for the 5th time in 3 months...a woman said, "Is this Rob?"  I told her it was a wrong number.  I have not heard anyone's voice on the other end in each of the last calls they've made to me.  The number is now blocked on my phone.

Just received a call from this national subscription service, Joyce.  Would not take no for an answer and just kept talking; had to **** up  to end call.  Called back and number was not in service so it was just a scam!

I got a call from this number today and no one on line.  2nd time didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  SO annoying!  We have family in the DC area so I was tempted to pick it up, but decided not to because family would have left a message and they didn't.

I too have received calls from this number.   Going forward I will have programmed this number into my cell phone as a 'do not answer', so that I skip answering.   I have never talked to anyone when this number calls, They always seem to **** up

I keep getting calls from this #. When I answer they say nothing then **** up, I call back and get the same as the rest of you , "this # is not in service".  If anyone finds out anything please post.

Glad I'm not the only one that is having this happen to.  This is frustrating.  Let me know if you find anything out!!!!

These people keep calling me telling me telling me they are the company that send me my magazines. I don't receive any magazines!!! I have told them that I do not get any magazines and then they give me this address that they send the magazines to and I don't even live there. I wish they would stop calling but they don't!

I get a call from this number once every few days, at least once a week.  Have been calling me for about 2 months. SO SICK of these calls.  If you don't answer, no message is left.  If you do answer, they **** up on you.  Call back, the number is a "non working number". Does anyone know how to be removed from their calling list?!!??!

I have received multiple calls from this number averaging about 1 a day, and when I pick up they never say anything, they call me at work, at home, at day, and night. This is very aggrivating. When I call back it says that the number is no longer in service. How can I get them to stop calling me?
