Here's a comment that worked also for me to stop this caller; When I search for a way to stop these calls a similar phone number came up with only the last digit different and a comment for it talked of a do not call request service. I had them check this phone number to see if it was also on their list and it was so after giving them the receiving phone number a couple of days ago, the calls stopped. They can be reached at 866 246 7196.

I kept missing these calls since they call me while I'm at work. Finally a couple of days ago I called back and got a live person. The last thing I expected was a cooperative person but she was and agreed to remove my phone number off their calling list so I'm here to say it worked.
