Leave a CommentThey called me using the name "Account Services" & offered to lower my debt. The ***g up when I said "Don't call". I called the # & received a message that a mail box has not been set up.I received the same call & same message from 901-212-0684.I filed w/ the FCC & FTC on both. I received a response that they are indeed looking into this one. When u file a complaint, make sure u state that they ***g up not allowing u to tell them not to call and that you called the # back but the # does not allow u to tell them not to call. Seems both of these are violations.Just don't complain here. File a complaint the right way.
3 days running calls from the following numbers513-593-7418203-584-5201214-288-7037Must be a way to stop these. I am on every do not call list I can find but still get Cardmember Services.
Same message, credit card consolidation. We shouldn't be getting these kinds of calls, being on the Do Not Call list, that's what irks me even more.
I stayed on the line long enough to ask which of my accounts they were calling about. Not being able to give me a number, I told the caller, it's not a credit *what ever* company, they were a scam company, SCAM SCAM SCAM. He s****ed yelling at me, I ***g up! HA--- I ****ed them off!
Got the same call three days in a row. Same Card Member Services as Mel described. I pressed "1" to talk to someone with the intent of talking to someone to have my number removed from their calling list, as I have requested every time they have called in the past. When I got someone on the phone they asked if I was interested in lowering my credit card rates and I told them, "No, I want to speak to your supervisor." The person said "Ok, thank you" and ***g up.
Calls with a recorded message saying they're calling from "Cardholder Services", and how they've made numerous attempts to contact you at your residence...and then comes the debt consolidation spiel, yada yada $3000 in debt, on credit cards, and one valid card...and tells you to "Press one to consolidated your debt." Most of the legitamate ones of these have another ****on to push if you want to be removed from their list. This one doesn't. It shows up on the caller ID as "Wireless Caller"
I don't even bother to answer anymore when I see a number I don't recognize. I keep my answering ma****e on. They have called so much using different cell phone numbers that I have just stopped answering them. I hope they are caught and thrown down in a cellar.
They ARE THE LOWEST OF LOW, continue to call even though I have ask to be removed from list, **** up now when I ask to be removed.
Credit card telemarketer. **** up when I asked questions. They are the s*** ****ers of the earth and those that are paid off to allow them to operate are too!
