I am not sure who keeps calling from 203-***-0742 but they seriously need to stop!  They called today and on 12/6 as well.  STOP CALLING!

Annoyed Asks to speak to someone in the household who pays electric bill. They keep calling even when told not to. I repeatedly reported the number to the Do Not Call Register.
