At first said that they are a police officer holding my daughter (that I do not have) in custody and asked to confirm age and name and then claims to be a cartel member and ask for money

I have no idea who this is, I’ve gotten weird text messages like this and the person just says hey and the bubble is green so they don’t have an iPhone or it’s a scammer. I do not answer back, but I wanted to report it.
