I am looking for any criminal record that he is a mentally ill person Lawrence Ritter he does evil and strange things! all this s****ed in August after I show him a picture of my friend in Georgia he had a gigantic fish he just caught! he ask me three times is that ur boyfriend I said he is my friend? so he felt he cant have me so he s****ed to do different things to hurt me plus damaged my car.
