Referred to representing Visa and my card being used for two purchases then asked me to hit # 1to keep purchases or #2 to cancel purchases U hit number 2 and was diverted to another person,and when they spokeI said Who and they ***g up

This number is definitely a scam. They claim they are the United States Government; don't provide any department names; no identifying information; do not provide any names, mine or others. The message is a digital voice. Claim they have been trying to reach me & my family for six months, yet I never heard from them before.
