Rude black ******* was told that he has the wrong number but still calls and threatens . A complete dumb****

We get messages from this # asking us to call them back about a house we have on craigslist. We did post a house a year ago which already sold and called them back to tell them so. They wanted our name, phone # and ssn so someone could call us back about our "account". At this point we ***g up. Folks this is clearly a scam artist - do not give them any bank or ssn info. They are somehow accessing info and phone#'s about you and trying to sound professional.

I got a call from this office who being a service connected DISABLED VET also on SSD, said they were going to SUE me for a bill I owed. I didnt want to owe so the operator talked me out of my bank account number. When I realized I had made a mistake Even tho I did want to take care of my debt if it was mine. I set up a payment arrangment and gave her a CC# to make my first payment, asking her NOT to use my Bank account information which she said she deleted.. Well my first payment went through, I felt good about this I was taking care of a debt.. they also LIED charged my bank account days later. SO THEY LIE they have NO m****s. When I called to try and speak to them they ***g up on me and I told them at that time To NOT CHARGE My accounts which I will follow up this morning with a certified letter to them. I realize that they are trying to do a job but you cant treat people like idiots, even tho I was one for trusting them to stand to their word.

I also googled this number because over the course of 5 years or so they have called my number asking that I call them regarding an "urgent matter."  Cloud & Tidwell is the name they give and the caller is someone named Jack.  I have no debts other than month to month charges and don't appreciated the scam this appears to be.  205-201-7270 and the name Cloud & Tidwell need to be penalized for the harassment I understand they are inflicting on many people.  The troubles our nation have been having are bad enough without their made-up scams!

The best way to stop these people is to harass them back.  Register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry List.  Also, lodge a complaint with the BBB.

called 205-322-6060... cloud & tidwell... made a fraudulent charge to my bank account... gave them a call to ask what kind of company they are... said a law firm and collection agency... said they will transfer me to someone... waited 5 mins... someone came on the phone... said they need my number to call me back... then asked my ssn... in which I never gave them...nor did i give them my #. they asked for this info... 3x said need ssn to look up my file.

"Jack" called my office, which happens to be a US Government agency.  They were looking for someone named "Jadeda (sic)."  No one in the bldg by that name.  Go figure.We'll see if the calls stop.

THIS # IS ALWAYS CALLING MY CELL PHONE I FINALLY CALLED IT BACK AFTER RECIEVING SEVERAL CALLS WITH NO VOICE MAILS, I SPOKE TO A MAN NAME JOHN MOORE HE SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM CLOUD & TIDWELL, HE SAID HE WAS CALLING REGARDING A HOSPITAL BILL FOR MY SON, HE SAID IF I DID NOT MAKE PAYMENT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO COURT OR SOMEONE WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE, IS THIS LEGAL??? HE WANTED MY CREDIT CARD INFO....HE STILL CALLS MY # BUT I DOD NOT ANSWEAR.

They called me at work and that is unacceptable.

this number calls me and says I owe them money for a bill i already paid. I googled the number and name of cloud and tidwell law offices and this was one of the few sites that came up. I believe these guys may be scam artists that just want your money.

Getting the same number 2052017270 calling me for the past several days. Finally decided to google the number, so after reading alot of others comments i decided to call the number, and this is what they said and i said,  I told them this number is calling my phone and i wanted to know why i did not give them my name, but they gave me the name Bobby Menendez, i told them no one here by that name so do not call me a***n, he said okay i will take this number of the call list, i said i dont think you understand i googled you number and have read that you guys are harassing  people, so dont call back.      For those of you having probelms with this number  google:  National Do Not Call listRegister you phone numberfollowing the instructionsthen click the file a complaint ****onand enter this number.this is a government website for people who do not wish to be bothered by harassing  phone calls, and maybe if eoungh of us compain about this number they will fine them.

This number calls my phone six or more times a day and never leaves a message

got the same message as others - said he was from a law office and it was an urgent matter to call him back at an 800# no.
