they sent me email first, then I called and they were trying to get my account numbers to "reverse" the charge. Total scam, speaks little english and when confronted with fraud usually **** up.

Do what I do. I wait for them to call and then I call them back all day long. I use number blocking. Call them and put you phone on mute, it drives them crazy. They get so mad they slam the phone down and sometimes they curse, LOL. Never call them unless they call you first. They use all kinds of BS like they have a special program to find you, etc. Just keep calling.

Phone call from someone - can't understand what they're saying. Really bad connection. They call back three times.

This number call our business at least 5 times a week. I can't find anywhere on the internet that says what it is and when I've tried to call it back it doesn't work.
