I don't answer these Double Spring numbers. They try to get $$ for whatever the reason is at the time they call. It usually is about Amazon orders or that our bank accounts have been hacked & we need to call them back asap .... OTHERWISE! They are just one of the million sick groups that care to do nothing with their life except steal from hard working people.
