Persons going by Nathan (Nate), Troy or Troys. And partner going by Norma Jean Tinney. Say they are from Alabama but live right outside Jasper Ga now. They are using phone numbers 470-219-3244 and 205-285-3637 and Craigslist to run a scam selling a SUV. A 1997 Toyota 4Runner. They say he's out of town and won't be home till next day.
