My phone service is provided by Charter Communications. They have a 12 number call screening feature that is free of charge and blocks all calls from any 12 numbers you select. Check with your phome service provider and see if they offer this neat feature.

Recorded message says that Laura James from Amsher Receivable, a debt collector, is looking for Crystal Thomas Powell. If I am not Crystal Thomas Powell please disconnect (which I've done several times.)Call are at least every day, sometimes twice a day at any time from 9am to 9pm.

I have received numerous phone calls from this number. They did not leave messages or even did not say what is the propose for calling to me.

This number keeps showing up on my cell.  I don't know who they are or why they're calling me.  I just spoke to a Chris at their 800-955-7632 and he asked if I knew Issac?  Never heard of him...........  Will this end the persistent calling???

They called and I called back at least one dozen times. Each time I was put on hold for the next available representative; each time I was subsequently disconnected. I then called the toll-free number 1-800-955-7632 to get anyone on the phone. I called two extensions twice and never got a phone pickup. THe phone rang at least 15 times each call. The automated prompt that told me to enter my number subsequently told me that my number was not recognized by their data base. The automated voice identified the company as AmSher out of Birmingham. After 45 minutes and over 12 tries at getting a real voice, I gave up.

These do***ebags have been calling me for at least the last two years for someone I've never heard of. I tell them they have the wrong number and they tell me they'll remove it from the database. This has happened at least a dozen times but they just keep calling. I've tried polite, I've tried rude, I've tried profane, they are just too ****** or too apathetic to fix the problem and they will likely be harassing me until I get a new phone number

They call 2 or more times a day for someone who doesn't live here.

Call came in at 9:50 AM 08/19/2008 with recorded message that states,"we have an important message, please hold for the next representative" Caller ID shows AMSHER RECEIAB 205-313-2586

This company c****es it's tactics often. Add it to your contacts list and name it "Don't Answer"
