A person who claimed her name was Andrea Budowski and worked for Pendleton Group &****ociates contacted me. She gave the last four of my SS and said I had a case regarding fraudulent bank charges from a bank I've never heard of and owed $350. She said if I didn't pay they would be sending my case over to the courts for criminal charges to be filed. When I told her I worked at the court and knew that she had to first go through the district attorney's office and they would be the ones who decided to press charges, she became very angry. It took me five minutes to get any info out of her regarding this. She told me I committed a federal offense and committed perjury. She finally ***g up on me after I told her she was the one who needed legal advice.
