Heidi Benavides A person who claimed her name was Andrea Budowski and worked for Pendleton Group &****ociates contacted me. She gave the last four of my SS and said I had a case regarding fraudulent bank charges from a bank I've never heard of and owed $350. She said if I didn't pay they would be sending my case over to the courts for criminal charges to be filed. When I told her I worked at the court and knew that she had to first go through the district attorney's office and they would be the ones who decided to press charges, she became very angry. It took me five minutes to get any info out of her regarding this. She told me I committed a federal offense and committed perjury. She finally ***g up on me after I told her she was the one who needed legal advice.

Constance Banry This number (one of their many) is for Portfolio Recovery****ociates. They have been calling off and on for over 3 years! They will call several times a day from different numbers, sometimes leaving a recorded message, sometimes not. For a time they directed the calls to my husband, then me, and now my daughter! I have tried calling back the number they leave, but get either a recorded message or a "Not in Service at this time" message. I honestly don't know who they are or what they want. These phone calls are the only communication I receive - nothing in the mail. I****ume they are some sort of credit collection agency, but we don't have credit cards, and they don't show up on our credit report. Is it best to just continue to ignore them?
