Scammer or debt collector calls repeatedly but won’t leave voicemails

This number texted me to see if I wanted to sell my house. I have no idea how they got my number. When I asked that, they replied it was public record. Well, my cell phone number is NOT public record and I am on the Do Not Call registry. When I asked what real estate company they were with, they didn't answer. It is very su****ious that there is no name and no address connected to this number.
