JM BEWARE, Scammer!! He posed as a homeowner of 4193 Rhodes Way, Oceanside, CA 92056 and stated that he had tried to sell the house but unable to while is on contract work out of state. He charged $1500 as the security deposit and rent. However, according to multiple Real Estate sites, the home at that address was sold 09 Jan 2023. A Real Estate Agent familiar with the transaction of the house noted there have been at least 3 inquiries to the "rental". His email that he used was [email protected], but used the sellers name instead. His Venmo is @vito-Eliot-1

Stalker

Number called saying there was a complaint a***nst me. When I declined to verify address, the caller stated “IT DOESN’T MATTER IF YOU VERIFY OR NOT BECAUSE THERE WILL BE SOMEONE AT YOUR HOUSE FRIDAY” then ***g up the phone. Did not say who he is or what company he worked for!!

Call and text free numbet

Call came in and I answered with my business name. No sound from call for 41 seconds. I****ume it is a robo spam call.

Caller ID showed call as United States. Number Guru shows number as being from West Blocton, AL. Left no message
