I had a cal like this a year ago a indian accent person this time they had a ****ese accent

They say that the IRS has issued an arrest warrant for me and to contact them immediately.

Voicemail stated (in robot voice.) " This is a call regarding tax fraud a***nst your name. Ignoring VM will be an intentional attempt to avoid appearance before judge or grand jury for federal criminal offence before goes to federal claims court house or before you get arrested. Call back #206-208-3628. Hope to hear from you soon before charges are pressed a***nst you."

Scam threatens arrest if I don't call back -

Tax evasion. Called back. They wouldn't speak.

They called me and I called him back many times able to mess with him for five times loving every minute

They called saying I had a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud. Warrant # 00-500-3149. Once I said that I was recording and tracing their call they ***g up and have refused to answer the phone since.
