He convinced me to log into my account to accept the transfer of the money back into my account. I used my Face ID. But, I don’t know what these people are capable of and how compromised my account is now. I finally hung up the call and turned my phone off.

This number was transferred from another number. The person calling from the first number said he was calling to say that 199 dollars had been withdrawn from my checking account for an iTunes account. I don’t use iTunes, so I was recommended to cancel the fraud transaction and he would put the money back in my account. Before realizing that I was being scammed, I allowed the caller to take control of my phone and send me a form to fill out my name, address and phone number. He then transferred me to this number. This person said that he worked for the better business.

This is proof to you that the phone text is valid. I am still texting to this phone # to keep them active while I locate them. It's a Seattle area code (206) however the results from BeenVerified show "no potential owner" I am an IT specialist from back in the day and I know they can the incoming IP shadow incoming addresses. They have a special configured HUB at there private location. I can truly find them if I really want too, however it's only cost me $1.00 to get enough result from BeenVerified. thanks. I received a call from this number and was greeted by a man who said he was new to the neighborhood and that his wife had Left him. He asked if we had an extra seat at the dinner table in which I replied no. He then stated that he was lonely and said that he had walked by my house and said I was a good cook. I’m not sure if this was a robotic call or if I was speaking to a actual person the voice didn’t sound robotic and he was responding to everything I was saying.
