So far I have received an automated phone call for four days in a row. It says the IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst me and that I should call his number for more information. I am also reporting this to the IRS.

Computer says: doing a lawsuit a***nst you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 206-319-2242. I repeat 206-319-2242. Like I would give any of my information over the phone when IRS already has that info.

DO NOT give money or name or social security number you will be in trouble!

Recording left on cell phone claiming to be IRS and filing suit a***nst me. IRS does not call you, they send letters.

Total scam - said that the IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst me.

This number called (206) 319-2242 called my cell phone with message that "IRS was filing a lawsuit a***nst me, to call the number back immediately." Needless to say I did not return the call - because I do not owe IRS any money!

Please do not give these folks your money, this is a scam. They called me and asked was i Ernest , i relied no, but i know him. They said, we'll we're the irs and he owes 6,******ck. I relied back that the irs don't give information about other people to someone else. I asked for his irs I'd number and name, of course it was fake. Please don't fall for this scam, the irs do NOT call people. The irs send letters in the mail.

Same call saying from irs and left message,tried to return call so I could go off on them,got busy signal. I hope they call me back one more time,I'm gonna have some fun.

I answered the phone and it was a recording saying they were the IRS and this was the last attempt to let me know they were filing a lawsuit a***nst me and told me to call back 206-319-2242.

They called my house and actually left a voice mail saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst me and to call this number back. I immediately blocked that number. I love call blocking! Thank you Comcast : )

I called the number back and got a person who answered the phone as, 'The IRS, how can I help you?'
