Then will transfer ypu to “Zelle” where a fake rep will tell you they cannot cancel the charges but will need to credit your account. They will ask you add yourself as a recipient but that you can ot use your own movile numbee as it has been flagged as was snooped and used in the fake scam. Will have you add your name but give you” BofA “ phibe mimber which is the scammers and have you Zelle money to them maki g you believe you are sending to the BofA fraud rep who gets it to your account
