Anonymous received a call from this number telling me "fraud has been detected on your acct - please click this link to review recent activity"

Anonymous I can't see anything on this app why

Anonymous I got a text from this number only thing it said was 911. I tried to reply and ask who it was but wouldn't let me send a text. I tried calling but wouldn't even ring just immediately dropped the call on me. Very weird right?
