Anonymous I can't see anything on this app why

Anonymous I got a text from this number only thing it said was 911. I tried to reply and ask who it was but wouldn't let me send a text. I tried calling but wouldn't even ring just immediately dropped the call on me. Very weird right?

Sparkle What really sucks is my phone number is one diget off mine. I have been told that the number on the fax is hard to read. So I have been getting call after call from people trying to "opt out" on my phone! I get calls as early as 3am! Most of the calls are fax machines and they call over and over. I guess its time for a number change.
