They will not leave message...they called several times...what is this? Spammer?

They called us 6 times tonight. No one there when you answer and they left no message. How do you get rid of these calls?

Don't know if they are a spammer, but don't recognize the number and they did not leave a message....usually means it's an adverti*****t, survey, etc.
