Leave a CommentOn May 30, 2012 I was contacted, via phone, by Michael Lamb, with Creative4solutions, a Microsoft contractor. He informed me that Windows XP was reporting ***dreds of errors to Microsoft, and Creative4solutions had been instructed to fix them, including that Window XP on my computer was out of certification. To fix the areas that were creating all of the Error Reports, and re-certify my Windows XP software would be $199.00 for one year. I requested using my PayPal account, I was then put on hold, when Michael Lamb returned he told me the compay did not want to to through my PayPal account because the funds were to be dispursed through Western Union. I gave him my personal DebitCard information. When I got my Bank Statement on June 15, 2012 the funds had been transferred to Western Union.. I thought all was ok until I got my PayPal account today, and found the same funds had also been disbursed from my PayPal accoun I feel I was royally ripped off. Not sure they did anything the 5.5 hours they worked on the computer, which might be a good thing. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has been scammed, I just hope they didn't pay for it twice!

These people call about Microsoft windows and you can barely understand them. they've called me a half dozen times in the past few months. Definitely a scam! If u didn't know you can sign up for the do not call list. Google do not call list and follow the instructions on the site. all telemarketing calls will stop on registered numbers after 31 days.
