This number called saying that I could reduce my interest rate. When I asked which card they said, "Your Visa and Matercard." I said that I only have one, and he said "Right and it has over $3000 of debt on it?" I said, "no it has none, and I think this is a scam." He then immediately ***g up.

Wanted my credit card number to lower my interest rates. I said absolutely not. She****ured me that they didn't have my 3-digit security number on the back, so it was safe. I asked for their website and contact info so I could research their company before making any decisions and they ***g up on me.
credit card spam. When will this end. Why cant we shut up these businesses. Is this too much to ask to law enforcement?
I "missed the call" on my cell phone. From the two comments I see I'm glad I did. LOL
This number has been calling regularly (I never answer) and leaves a message "This call is an attempt to collect a debt, any information you provide us will be used to do so", I am on the DNC list, I have no such debt and they are not very bright, the message never leaves a phone number or company name to call back (*69 works tho!)
scammer
called on my dad's cell phone saying he owed $3000 on a credit card. He has no such debt. He repeatedly asked who they were looking for and they would not give a name. Could have been a wrong number?
