The call that I received today from "Universal Lending Group, Oklahoma City, OK" came from 358-965-4259, per my Caller ID.A man who identified himself as "Charles Peter" said that I have a $1,500 cash advance awaiting me.  I repeatedly asked, then insisted, that he put a supervisor on.  A man came on the line, said his name was "Sam Kennedy", that he was the "close supervisor" (as in "closing", I suspect).  He admitted that they are in India.  I told him that my number is on the DNC list, that I will notify the FCC about their call, and that they are to put my number on their own DNC list and the list of "Universal Lending Group".

Could this be a case of iden***y theft.

Slugs are from Universal Lending in Oklahoma City, but thick India accent, said I qualified for $1500.  Is this a great country or what, $1500 for me and I didn't even have to apply, must have been that Indian restaurant I ate at.PURE ****** *****.

Keeps calling me to eliminate my debt. I even ***g up on him and he called back and said I should appreciate what they will do for us. I told him never ever to call me a***n, I am on a no call list and I would report him. he called back 1 week later. Yes he is Indian. 6/3/10. Really sounds like a scammer. When I did a reverse directory it is a landline in Seattle, Washington and caller ID comes up as Solutions.

Received a phone call today at 3:38pm couldn't understand them so I just hug up. I am getting tired of these phone calls

They first called when i was in a class, then later that same day. They must have gotten my name from a list that they shouldn't have or my answering ma****e. Universal lending is what I think the guy on the other end with a very thick indian accent said, and he also said that I was eligable for 1500 dollars. I had no idea what was going on and took me several minutes to get them to understand i wasn't interested. The guy also called me ma'am which was just sad.

Obviously someone calling from India, says they are calling from Oklahoma City for Universal Lending and I am prequalified for a loan.  They don't even speak much english, they certainly don't understand it.

Who is this, I answered and they ***g up.

Just got called from this number. no message on ma****e. No Caller ID.

Rings once ****s up odd hours of day,night. Had to do *69, to get number.I called it back rang once and went to dial tone,second attempt got  recording that said thank you for calling us back,if you would like to be placed on the do not call list press one.(which I am already on) Too weird I didn't, I just ***g up.
