It is a scam. They want to consolidate all your credit cards into one bill and lower your rate by "negogiating" with the banks, BUT here is the catch, you have to pay them $800 in a one time, lifetime fee to do this, but don't worry, "no money out of your pocket", they will spread their fee out over your cards...... I work for a company that installs phone systems, I was in the office of one of these scam companies one day installing a new system and listen to their speil, I listen to the owner actually tell one of his employees, "I love this job, it is like taking candy from babies." When customers asked to speak to, or the company says I will no pass you to my supervisor, it was always the person sitting next to them, and it was never the same person. Everyone is a "supervisor". They have on the wall of each cubical list of things to say each time a customer says I am not interested, or I can't afford it.......These people should be locked up and the key thrown away.......The biggest bunch of crooks and losers you will ever see in person!!!!!!!

received a call from 206-397-1906 but know one answered,,,,,I knew who ever was on the phone was not disconnected.   I have blocked calling.

Caller from 206-397-1906 ***g up on answering ma****e 11:44am 12/14/09.An above comment claims this is Bank of America, and could well be.  I recently told someone from Bank of America at a different number to never call a***n after repe***ive calls and ****ups on my answering ma****e.

I got a call from this number in Washington state @ 1251 pm Sa****ay.  I have an unlisted number.  They did not leave a message.

I got a call from this number at 1:20 p.m. on Sa****ay, December 12 at my business.  No one said anything and they ****ed up.The information in the above comments is very good!

Exec suite 2 for ph. no 206-397-1906Recorded message says so****ing about reducing the interest on your credit card. I entered the #1 to speak to a person and was speaking to someone whose English was so broken I could barely understand them. I asked them what card they were talking about and was told so****ing about Visa and Mastercard.  I told them this was an apparent solicitation for another card and I was NOT interested.  I also told them to never call a***n.  I gave them NO personal information of any kind and would advise anyone else getting a call from these people to do the same.

they called and told me they could lower my intrest rates on my credit card. When I asked what card they just s****ed naming cards off and I said "so you dont even know what card your calling about? they ***g up on me.

THEY DID NOT SAY A THING WHEN I SAID*****O A ***GUP!!!!!!!

I said loudly and clearly that I want to be taken off their calling list. I did not say anything else or give her any information. She ***g up.

SCAM ALERT!  This number called my ***her saying that they were with my ***her's credit card company and that he had an overdue balance.  Which he does not, I pay his card in full every month.  Anyway they told him they needed his credit card number, which unwittingly he gave them thinking they were****ociated with Citicards.  When he told me about the incident I told him it had to be a scam that his bills are fully paid.  We called Citi Cards and they confirmed that the number is not****ociated with them and that they HAD NOT CALLED MY DAD.  They had us cancel his credit cards.

I was home and answered the call. This lady with an accent that was hard to understand said she was from Bank of America and can lower my interest rate to 10%. She need my exp. date on card. When I told her I did not have the card we cut it up, she needed exp. dates on two of my other Visa cards. Then she wanted first digits on the cards. That was when I told her I would not give this information out on the phone and ***g up on her. I then called the credit card companies and blocked them all. So don't answer this number.

Recorded message says they want to lower my credit card rate.  SURE they do....
