I received a phone call from someone who said a Walmart account had been set up for me and purchase of $400 worth of gift cards were charged to the account. The caller wanted me to go to a website and join a conversation with her where we allegedly would "Cancel" my account. I did not do that. This is what Google says about the website she sent me to: Join.Zoho.com join.zoho is a legitimate website that provides a remote computer access service. But, although this site is legitimate, cybercriminals abuse it by tricking their victims into giving them access to their computers via join.zoho or join.zoho.com. This why join.zoho encourages users to be cautious if they receive unsolicited requests to access their computers and they should only join remote access support sessions with people they recognize and trust.
