Caller identifies himself as Michael King but has a very heavy East Indian accent. States he is calling from FDIC and that $300 is owed to Advance USA payday loans and that officer David Cooper has been****igned to the case and if I did not pay immediately, I would be sued or arrested. I told him that I owed no money to any payday loan company and would turn this over to my attorney. This is obviously a scammer attempting to extort money from more naive people. I waited a day and called the number back and this person obviously is not aware of call trace and caller ID because he answered with "hello." I asked him if this was Michael King and there was a pause and them he stammered, "No this is Anthony Cooper." I then lit into him and told him to never call my number a***n and that I was onto his scam. This piece of trash even had the nerve to call my place of employment and I have no idea how he got my info. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS CREEP!

What a bunch of Mother ***kers... all calling from a call center.. all Indians.. real names are raj patel singh.. threatens with legal action, but its all just a scam.. wants you to call them back to "settle" this by paying them money.. they are relentless... just ignore and they will go away..

Received a call at work from someone named, Steve Watson with the legal dpt with PCS investigation dpt. He said they received legal complaint a***nst me and my ss#. if i don't return the call, the local sheriff's dpt will be contacting me at work.

Told me he was working for the legal department of PCS and that there have been legal complaints a***nst my social security number and drivers license as well as bank accounts.

Stated they were the FBI on the message and to call them back or next they would be calling my job. I couldn't make anything else out, he had a really hard accent.
