I had initially received a call from this number first on Monday May 17, 2021 at 4:07pm. I missed the call, so I had returned the call on that Monday May 17, 2021 at 5:25pm which had gone to voicemail that stated it was a “text now” phone number. On Wednesday May 19, 2021 the number had called me a***n in which I was able to answer. There was a lot of background noise of what seemed to be children. I stated I believed they had the wrong number and they promptly ***g up. Shorty after disconnecting the number had texted me saying I called them. I promptly responded letting them know that they had first contacted me and my call to them was just returning the call. And asked them to no longer contact my number. They a***n sent another text stating they were a child and that they didn’t want my number and asked what I wanted. I stopped replying after advising them to not contact me

Received calls on my job from Eric Mathews with a thick accent telling me I had a lawsuit based off my name and ssn#. Mr. Mathers informed me of the lawsuite, when he asked me if I was aware of the lawsutie and I said not he forwarde my call to Ms. Lisa Smith who also has a very thick accent. She stated that she had information that she needed to forward to my lawyer. I informed her that she needed to send me the do***entation and her statement was they will send the information with a team of investors that will come to my place of employment with the police. I told her to do what she needed to do. I wished her well and ***g up the phone.
