They called me threatening saying if I didn't pay Police was going to go to my house with Immigration, I guess they meant ICE. I told them I was not an illegal immigrant and I was the one who was going to call the cops if they did not stop calling. They only had my name and number because when I asked about what address they had they gave me the wrong one and I have been living in the same address for more than 20 years. This is a scam and don't pay anything to these SOBs.

My Mom in El Paso, TX has been getting these calls for months. They threaten to take her to court if she didn't pay $800. If she paid $500 today they would ride off the rest. The caller was a female speaking in Spanish and was VERY Aggressive and threatening. When I called to find out more information a lady answered & wouldn't talk to me in English & then ****ed up. When I called a***n they didn't answer. This is obviously a scam artist targeting our Spanish speaking community. ALWAYS ASK FOR THEM TO MAIL YOU THE INFORMATION OR BILL - DO NOT GIVE ACCOUNTS OVER THE PHONE. BE FIRM WITH THEM AND TELL THEM YOU ARE CONTACTING THE AUTHORITIES.

They called me threatening legal action, stating that if I didn't wire money to a personal western union account under Eric Davila in Houston, TX that I would be sued the following Monday at 11:30am. When I asked for my account number with them they declined. Total Fraud, when I called back they would **** up. I would not send any money to this company. Please contact the (FTC) Federal Trade Commission, (AG) Attorney General, (BBB) Better Business Bureau, (FCC) Federal Communications Commission, Ripoffreport.com and most importantly anywhere online where their number shows up. They mostly target older Hispanic people and scam them in Spanish.
