This phone number is calling to do fund raising for the Washington Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation. I have called the number.  It directs you to a customer service department that can answer questions, help you donate, or anything else related to the FOP. Also, there’s information on www.wafop.com . Plus, you can contact them there with any questions or requests.The FOP is doing a lot of really great things for Washington police officers and the people that call are trying to help them raise money so they can do even more good.

this man has been calling for weeks asking for my husband.. when I say he is not here he then says I need to talk to him as we talked to him before I will call back later..  He has called four times since Christmas.. this morning he made a bad mistake as I had not had coffee and he woke me up.. He was rude and abrupt and would not let me talk.. I told him that my husband said he has never talked to you people and he went quite.. then he stammered some words and said he will call back later and ***g up on me while I was still talking.. I hit redial and did get a nice lady from their Customer service.  I told her what happened and that our number was to be removed from their call list or I was going to the FCA or w***ver else it will take to get them to stop.  I told her my dad is a retired policeman 30 years and I repect our law enforcement to the max but I will not stand for being treated on the phone the way I was by a so called representive of their foundation... She was sorry and said he was not trained to speak that way to people... and we are removed within 24 hours. We shall see.... but it looks like they use other area codes... what ****s.. I will never donate a dime over the phone.. I much rather give it to the local police dept. in hand ..... these people need to stop what they are doing it is giving the Respected Police officers a bad rap for nothing they are involved with ....

the call I received claimed that they had been sending me paperwork for several months.  I told them I did not remember receiving any.  The man kept pressuring me to use my credit card over the phone or to use their "secure" web site.  When I told him my ***her-in-law had died and things had been crazy and I prefered the paperwork, he said, " I'm so sorry" and ***g up on me. He really did sound sorry, but I don't trust anyone who pressures me to use a credit card over the phone and won't send out paperwork for me to look over.

I keep getting calls from 206-866-1923 also 425-437-0*** as well as 425-437-0650  also with a 253 and 360 area code as well. I keep asking them NOT TO CALL ME ANYMORE but they continue to do so. When one area code calls and I say dont call here a***n I then get a call the next day from a different area code within Washington. Does anyone know how to stop them? I am tired of asking them, so I may go into a tirade of 4 letter words that are not very lady-like. Can anyone stop them?   Kitty in Tacoma

The WA FOP FUND telemarketers have been calling me day and night for months, always ****ing up when I answer. Because they are a charity, they ignore the do-not-call list. It is allegedly the WA Fraternal Order of Police. Other numbers they use include (206) 866-1923, (425) 437-0***, (425) 437-00650 and (253) 275-3602.Email contact info for FOP is listed at http://www.wafop.com/board/board.htm According to the WA Secretary of State, in 2007 they spent $734,116 on 'expenses' and only $142,784 on charitable programs, so they are a borderline 'charity' in my opinion. Some cop at WA FOP FUND HQ must be eating a lot of donuts. Legitimate or not, I am not going to donate to anything for badged ****s. They make enough money that they don't need mine. I would much rather donate to so****ing useful, like to help those in the uniformed services.

Caller asked for the lady of the house, I said 'that is me what can I help you with?". Then they disconnected. I called the number back and it was a dead end. No one ever picked up and the mail box is full. I am sure that this is a scam to hack the phone lines.

Received several calls from this number. Didn't answer, they left no message. Found out THIS IS A SCAM operation using the "Washington Fraternal Order of Police" name to try to get $ from you or hack your phone line.The # is probably 'S****ed' since it returns to "Didn't dial number correctly"

This number is from Bainbridge Island, WA. They called me at 9pm!
