Washington State Fraternal Order of Police is a front organization for a large scam operation. Ask your local law enforcement people about it; they've either never heard of it; or they're aware of this scam.There are several well-known law enforcement support organizations, but this is NOT one of them. WA FOP is nothing more than a scam to get money, while making citizens think they're supporting law enforcement.

My daughter got a call from this same number and the guy was downright mean to her.  She is 15 and when she said I wasn't home, he got very nasty and rude.

Oh and by the way (209) area code isnt washington its sys Modesto Ca. and on the website that isnt the area code listed either. Their area code is (509) so I think just be careful if you wanna donate to them.

The man just called (noticed this number a few times on caller ID) He asked for the lady of the house, I said this is her he got quiet and said this is Washington State Fraternal Order of Police than he said oh there is no message and ***g up. LOL, maybe b/c it was almost 9pm and they arent allowed to call that late??? idk but is seemed alittle fishy to me. I have donated before to some sort of police charty that they called and after that they wouldnt stop calling and got very rude when I told them not to call me a***n. they were nasty so I am very unsure about stuff like this I think its a scam.

I just got a call from 206-866-1925.  The gentleman asked for my husband, would not tell me why he was calling and while I was mid-sentence asking who he was he said "ok, well never mind, we'll try a***n" and ***g up on me.  Very su****ious.  Highly doubt this is a fund raising service...if it were, he'd be happy to talk to me too.To all:  NEVER do fund raising donations over the phone!!!!  NEVER give payment information over the phone!  If this is a legitimate organization, they will provide you with appropriate information on where to go to help and NOT ask for money over the phone.

This phone number is calling to do fund raising for the Washington State Fraternal Order of Police. I have called the number.  It directs you to a customer service department that can answer questions, help you donate, or anything else related to the FOP. Also, there’s information on www.wafop.com. Plus, you can contact them there with any questions or requests.The FOP is doing a lot of really great things for Washington police officers and the people that call are trying to help them raise money so they can do even more good.

On Jan 20th at 10:07am and 7:10pm someone has called from this number two times. My number has on the no calling list.

Didn't leave message - don't know this person/company/whatever.
