Ever since I put myself on a "do not call list" last week, I have been getting these calls.
they have called me 4 times in 2 hours. bill collectors dont even call that much
its easy to say "just block it" but not everyone has the same cell services or capabilities on their accounts

If you have recently put an ad on craigslist.org, that may be the reason you are getting these calls... Just my opinion.... Block the number and move on....
Tried calling the number back and its busy every time so you can't actually find out who they are.

I have recieved several calls from this number, I used white pages, it says it 's a Landline for International Telcom Ltd, from seattle wa, and what they do is call, when you answer they can call a international coutntry.. I hope not, because it's my cell phone.. I hope that it don't work. I usually don't answer, so I answered they just ***g up. so I will not answer a***n.

Amazingly, "someone" in my household did an online survey and wins gift cards EVERYDAY. So sick of these calls to my cell. Spammers!
I also got the 'won a gift card in a survey' call. When I told the girl to put me on their do not call list she said 'no'. I told her this was a cell phone and you will put me on your do not call list. Went back and forth about not getting the gift card, finally she gave up and ***g up.
