they just called me stating they are with the federal government and i have a 9000 dollar grant awaiting me also. They asked for checking account information in order to deposit it. I told them to mail me a check, I was not giving them any account information.

I got a call from that same number threatening a suit. They immediately ***g up the phone.

It's spam. I am in perfect standing with the IRS.

I just got a call and they threatened me with arrest, property seizure, bank account closing, cancelled my drivers license and they say I owe them 6,000.00 It sounded pretty fishy to me. I could barely hear her because of the call center noise behind her. Very threatening and when I asked, " is this not a little harsh from the IRS?" Then she ***g up on me. I was very su****ious. Watch out people!!!
