Got call, didn’t answer and got no voice message. Call reportedly from Yonkers, NY but caller ID shows 206 area code. (Seattle area)

Claimed that my wife's Social Security had been compromised. Call received 11 February 2021, 1:40 P. M.

Said wanted to lower my credit rate. Asked to have him remove my name and not call me a***n. Returned with ****** obscene language, threatening as to his physical actions toward me and asking if I wanted that.

Wow what a surprise. I am in Michigan and she scammed us with the lie about Washington, abusive husband, has a new little mexican boyfriend who is in gangs. She is drugged up bad, and yes we fell for her story as well. I gave her money as well as helped her get a place to go with her 2 boys. Her children are with her. This page helped us alot and I hope that she gets caught up. I read everything you all put and this is definately her. There is so much going on. Can't anyone call the police???

I've recieved several calls from 206-931-9642.  I don't know the # so I don't answer and today I finally answered and some lady asks "who the f*** is this?",  I laughed then silence.  During the silence there was a weird clicking noise in the background and I responded, "who the f*** is this?  You called me, I didn't call you."  Then more silence filled with the almost inaudible clicks.  I ***g up.  Is this a scam?  Or just a coincidence?
