Fake Amazon scam Scam call acting like Amazon trying to get bank or card info

Anonymous This number called me regarding a complaint filed a***nst my husband. I think it's a scam because they will give no other information.

clearly a s**** number but callback works, can hear the call center run out of India in the background.

I used my Google call screening app on this number & caller ***g up when the script asked for a name. I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number.

I just want to know if this person is a scammer.

A person named Richard Worthington called from this phone # and asked if I had a pen and paper to take down a number for Bachman Law. Said it was about a collection and that they had mailed me information. I have received nothing from this firm and I have no outstanding debts they would be involved in. I told him I knew this was a scam, and not to call me a***n. Looking up the Bachman Law firm they are noted on the internet as a scam caller trying to collect nonexistent debts. The number the call came from is 207-292-2865.
