Contacted me on Facebook said I won 100,000

I'm not going to call the number back to find out who it is, but someone is using this number and they call several times a day, never leaving a message. I'm****uming it's a s****ed number.

your name Was told its a contracted Gov. Call center that Does Illegal phone tracking services (ping location ) rings your phone and no matter if u answer or not your phone signal is calculated between three of the closet cell towers and they use that to cross reference a map to get your location.
