Victoria two free p***** for cruise on boat after answering survey questions
This company seems to route through multiple numbers. It's always "Hi, this is Victoria, I have an important message for you, please hold..." I stayed on the line once and it was a cruise promo. No idea how to get removed from this call list.
Free vacations...
Got call the same day I registered my cell # with National Do Not Call Listings.....it takes 21 days for this service to take effect.....How did they get my number and IT Needs To Be STOPPED!!!!
I receive this call almost weekly and always go through the "removal" process. This is getting very frustrating as I am being solicited on my work line.
Those *******s. They cleaned out my bank account. Took ALL my dam money. DO NOT give them your bank info. Bunch of liars. They said I'd get 2 cruise tickets.
The national pandemic of telephone terrorism perpetrated by desperate criminal collection agencies is because they are trying to terrorize people who are naive enough to answer and submit to unsolicited telephone calls or written "collection" letters that have no legitimate legal debt****ociated with them or any of the companies, universities, or whomever else they claim to represent. Because most "little guys" were bankrupted by the criminal Wall St/Congress/Big Oil/Big Bankers/Big Business/Military/Robber Barons, so the desperate collection agencies are attempting to collect unpaid debts from innocent people by terrorizing them into submission.Word of advice. NEVER answer any calls you don't recognize or are not expecting. Use selective call rejection service if available, or switch to an Internet-based telephone service which provides comprehensive call rejection options. If rogue calls become chronic, turn off all the ringers on all of your phones except one, and set its volume to the minimum setting. If you don't answer the call and the caller is legitimate, they will usually leave a voicemail after the first or second try. Rogue callers never leave voicemail messages because that could be used as evidence a***nst them if it came to a lawsuit. If you receive a rogue letter in the mail warning you of some "collection" action a***nst you, if you don't actually owe it, reply with a short letter stating that you don't owe it. Or if you do owe all or part of it, reply with so****ing like "You claim I owe you a debt. Under §809 FDCPA, I request validation of this debt."Only give them your name as THEY have written it to you (e.g. “John Doe” not “Jonathon Q. Doe” or however you normally sign your own name), address, and the account number they report. But if you do not owe the debt (zombie debt, aged debt, mistaken or stolen iden***y, forgery, etc.) state that you have never done any business with them or with the (alleged) original creditor of any kind and you expect the collection agency to close the matter, stop harassing you and take any bad credit marks they've caused off of your credit rating, and furthermore, that any further contact from them must be in writing on their official business correspondence letterhead. Send your letter to them a.s.a.p., always within thirty days, first class certified mail return receipt requested. If they refuse it and you get the letter back unopened, leave it unopened and save it in your files as evidence a***nst them should they pursue legal action a***nst you. If they did receive it and continue to pursue action a***nst you, let them. The judge will throw it out of court. If the rogue collection agency sells your account to another rogue collection agency just tell them the claim has been proven invalid and offer to send them a copy of your letter to the previous rogue collection agency. Warn all your friends about this rash of desperate collection agency terrorism, and how to combat it. Knowledge is power. The more you learn how to combat rogue collection agencies, back-taxes scammers, phishing scammers, and other flimflammers, the more you will learn how easy it is to do.Above all, keep a record of everything, of every rogue call w/ caller ID information displayed including time and day of each call. Maintain a complete file on any snail-mailed intimidation from rogue collection agencies, including copies of all correspondences and postal receipts. Reporting rogue calls on sites like800notes.com, whocallsme.com, phoneowner.info is a great idea too, because many people find these sites by googling for the rogue number(s) after receiving calls from them.--S**** Here:http://www.privacyrights.org/fs/fs3-hrs2.htmhttp://www.google.com/search?num=50&q=%C2%A7809+FDCPAhttp://www.google.com/search?num=50&q=zombie-debthttp://www.google.com/search?num=50&q=slander-of-credithttp://www.google.com/search?num=50&q=limited ... llection-agencyhttp://www.privacyrights.org/fs/fs27-debtcoll.htmhttp://www.ehow.com/way_5849463_do-up-certified-dispute-letter.htmlhttp://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Defeat-a-Collection-Agencyhttp://hubpages.com/hub/Battling-Consumer-Debt-Collectors-Part-2-I-Do-Not-Owe-This-Debthttp://hubpages.com/hub/Sample-letters-for-disputes-to-creditors--collectors-and-credit-bureaushttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FDCPAhttp://www.fair-debt-collection.com/Disputing ... ute-letter.html (most say the above sample letter is too long and should be much shorter)http://www.fair-debt-collection.com/statue-limitations.htmlhttp://www.s****tel.com/ <= !Credit Report:https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jspUSPS:http://www.usps.com/send/waystosendmail/extra ... mailservice.htmhttp://www.usps.com/send/waystosendmail/extra ... eiptservice.htmOther links:http://www.cnn.com/2008/LIVING/personal/02/29 ... tors/index.htmlhttp://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Defeat-a-Collection-Agencyhttp://clarkhoward.com/shownotes/category/12/103/358/http://clarkhoward.com/topics/drop_dead_letter.html--Information for filing complaints a***nst rogue telephone calls, telephone harassment, false "bill collector" harassment, etc.,in the United States and Ca***a:UNITED STATESUS National Do Not Call Registry, file complaint: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspxFederal Trade Commissionhttp://www.ftc.gov 1-877-382-4357File complaint online: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.govhttps://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=enthat is at www.ftc.govFederal Communications CommissionTelephone toll free: 1-888-225-5322http://www.fcc.gov/contacts.htmlFile complaint online: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumers.htmlhttp://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htmFCC Abandoned Calls Complaint form:http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/1088D-R.pdfemail: [email protected] Business Bureau, Check out a Business, find owner, contact info; file a Complaint:http://www.bbb.org/us/INTERNET CRIME:File report for Internet Crime at:Internet Crime Complaint Centrehttp://www.ic3.gov/default.aspxCA***ARCMP Phone bustersTelephone toll free: 1-888-495-8501Mon-Fri 8:30-5:20 pm (Eastern Time)E-mail: [email protected] Website is at: http://www.phonebusters.com File complaint online: https://www.recol.ca/intro.aspx?lang=en(Register with a password and then can continually file complaints)Ca***a National Do Not Call Registry:Ca***ian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC)Telephone toll free to File A Complaint: 1-866-580-3625(to withdraw a complaint is 877-249-2782)CRTC online complaints form: https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/pfplin-fccoin-engthat is at www.crtc.gc.caBetter Business Bureau, Check out a Business, find owner, contact info; file a Complaint:http://www.bbb.org/ca***a/
i got a call from this no and i don't know who it is
I got a call from this number on a NEW cell phone number I had only a couple of days. It was a female saying hold the line and then a spiel from a male beginning "this is your captain" and claiming to be a survey. I am guessing that my new phone number was harvested from an application I made to a job posting on the ResumeBook 360 site. ResumeBook 360 seems pretty shady (they charge to put your application at the head of the list, and have had issues with fake job postings) and it's the only place I posted my ***nd new phone number. This is the only time I've gotten an unsolicited call on my cell.

Many telemarketers use the "survey" line to get around the DNC registry rules. If they say its just a survey then technically that's not soliciting. Unfortunately, the "survey" is more like a commercial for whatever they really want to sell. I doubt anyone ever receives a "free" anything, much less a cruise. This is another scam and it's illegal. Write to you state Attorney General and file a complaint. I'm doing that now after several calls using several different numbers.
LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT THE REJECTION LIST. IT IS STRICTLY FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. IF THEY SHOW A COMPANY NAME AND NUMBER, THEY ARE OMITTED FROM THE LIST. YOU CAN CHECK WITH YOUR SVC PROVIDER, AND SEE IF THEY HAVE A BLOCK LIST YOU CAN PUT THEM ON. THIS IS A COMMON SERVICE, NORMALLY FREE, HOWEVER, WITH RECENT ECONOMIC DOWNFALL, YOU CAN REST****URE, IT WILL COST U A FEW BUCKS EACH MONTH. HEY, WE ALL GOTTA EAT, RIGHT? JUST PREFER WE ALL EAT STEAK RATHER THAN RAMEN NOODLES, lol
ITS A SCAM! SUPPOSEDLY A SURVEY, THEN U CLAIM YOUR REWARD. WELL, THE REWARD IS, YOU GET SHAFTED. THE WEBSITE IS BOGUS, NEVER LINKING ANY FURTHER. I HAVE REPORTED THEM. I FOLLOWED THRU WITH IT TO SEE WHAT THE OUTCOME WILL BE. I AM SURE I AM BACK ON A NEW LIST OF TELEMARKETERS. I WILL BE C****ING MY NUMBER A***N. ITS JUST FOR 911 PURPOSES ONLY, SO I DONT CARE.**LESSON HERE, DO NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH IT, IT IS NOT A LEGITIMATE SURVEY**SAD, BECAUSE SOME OF THEM ARE, AND TEND TO BE QUITE PROFITABLE
I was called by this number passed 8:30 p.m. on 5/31 in NJ. I will block this number and all numbers coming from area code 207. It seems like all the scam artists are working overtime lately. This is the third different scam phone number I've been called from since February.
Memorial Day I got phone calls from this number every hour on the hour. More Scams. This National Don't Call thing is just not working.
Can you imagine having a job at a place like that?Someone says "Tell me...what do you do for a living?". And what do you say? I make obnoxious calls to people? ****** people. I can't imagine anyone would take their **** survey.
I just got another call from 207-493-2612 and the caller ID shows "CMRKRCH" - they keep calling and I continue to not answer it. If this is a survey, and if we are still on the "Do Not Call" list, why are they allowed to call me???
THESE PEOPLE CALL AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO STOP CALLING THEY CALL FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND THEY ARE VERY PERSISTANT. THEY S**** THERE CALL OUT SAYING THEY ARE CALLING FROM THE CDC AND THEY ARE INQUIRING ABOUT THE HEALTH IN THIS AREA. THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING

This woman is always calling with an important message. This is how the new trend of telemarketer says it but I don't fall for it! I always ***g up even before she stopped talking.

Also received a call from this company. I get a call about every 2 months from the automated system. I have asked to be removed from their calling list but for some reason I still get calls. I am thinking that these calls come through out Skype line here at the business.
I got it also, do they reall give u 2 free cruise p*****? Gotta be a catch
one of those 'free' cruise deals all via a recorded message with 10 automated questions...ID CMRKRCH gives it away as market research
Public opinion survey.
Also received a call from 207-493-2612 but there was silence on the other end.
This number just called me and since I have friends in ME, I picked it up but to hear, this is stephanie, please wait on the line for an important message, then another recording, this is you captain. At which point I ***g up. When I 411'd it said it was a land line in Caribou, ME.
